Build a report from the property records available to HouseProof, including repairs and supporting documents. Completion history stored only on your device may be missing from generated shared reports. Inspect the generated report and its included history before sending a link or PDF.
Backed by receipts, not just claims
Records with a receipt or document attached are marked as backed up, so a buyer can see what has proof behind it and what is simply noted. It is an honest picture, never a rubber stamp.
An on-time upkeep score
See how consistently maintenance was kept up over the past year, so a well-cared-for home has something concrete to show for it.

Send a link or a PDF to a buyer or agent. Anyone holding an active link can view the approved report. Revoking that link stops new access through it; an already-issued PDF download URL lasts until its expiry, and downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
